1. Nature of Products

  • All our jewellery pieces are handcrafted and curated with precision

  • Due to the artisanal nature, slight variations in design, finish, or detailing may occur

  • These variations are a natural characteristic of jewellery craftsmanship and not considered defects

2. Product Representation & Color Disclaimer

  • We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible

  • However, due to studio lighting, photography effects, and screen/display settings, the actual product color and shine may slightly differ from what appears online

  • Such variations do not qualify as defects or faults, and customers are advised to consider this before purchase

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹)

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice

  • Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment

4. Order Acceptance

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion

  • In rare cases (pricing errors, stock issues), your order may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued

5. Shipping Policy

  • We provide shipping within India only

  • International orders are not accepted

  • Shipping charges and timelines are defined in our Shipping Policy

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We maintain a strict no return and no exchange policy for jewellery items

  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable in case of damaged products, as per our Return & Refund Policy

7. Jewellery Care & Responsibility

  • Customers are advised to handle jewellery with care

  • We are not responsible for damage caused due to improper use, exposure to chemicals, water, perfumes, or physical impact after delivery

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, logos, and content belong to Aniruddha Jewellery / Nikhil Enterprises

  • Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India

  • Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan
