Return & Refund Policy

At Nikhil Enterprises (Aniruddha Jewellery), we strive to deliver the best quality products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return or Exchange Policy

All products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under normal circumstances.

2. Damaged or Broken Items

In case you receive a damaged or broken item, you may request a return/replacement/refund subject to the following:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Clear images/videos of the damaged product must be provided

3. Return Process (Mandatory Step)

To initiate a return for a damaged product, customers must follow this process:

  • You must raise a request within 24 hours of receiving the product

  • Send an email to aniruddhajewelery@gmail.com with:

    • Order details

    • Description of the issue

    • Supporting images/videos

  • Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions

  • Without raising a request via email within the specified time, no return/refund will be processed

4. Refund / Replacement Process

  • Once approved, the product may need to be returned to us

  • The return shipping will be borne by the sender (as applicable)

  • After receiving and inspecting the product:

    • A replacement will be sent, OR

    • A refund will be initiated within 7 working days

5. Non-Eligible Cases

We will not accept returns/refunds in the following cases:

  • Request raised after the defined time limits (24–48 hours)

  • Product damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Minor color/design variations (due to photography or handmade nature)
